The Gardens
The gardens at Olivo Santo are designed to sit naturally within the architecture and make the most of the surrounding hilltop views. Native plants feature throughout, alongside a broad lawn, a path that runs around the property, a secluded secret garden and a small polo field.
At the heart of the grounds is a pond, set between the houses and the pool and tennis areas. There is also a playground for children.
The Vegetable Garden
The vegetable garden produces seasonal produce for the estate, and guests are welcome to take part in tending it. The olive grove and gardens are maintained organically, using compost and humus produced on site, and watered through an efficient drip irrigation system.
Amenities
The swimming pool situaded within the gardens, close to the pool house, solarium, jacuzzi, temazcal and massage room. For cooler months, there is also a heated indoor pool with a fireplace.
Guests can also enjoy a range of activities, including tennis, polo, bouldering and pool.
