  • Take Route 5 North to kilometer 138, exit at Catapilco (5 km past the El Melón Tunnel), then drive 16.5 km toward the coast following signs for Santa Bertina / Altavista / Olivo Santo.

  • Up to 14 guests across the Main House (3 ocean-view suites) and the independent Guest House (3 suites with a fully equipped kitchen). Two additional staff rooms are also available on the property.

  • The estate is available year-round. The heated indoor pool with its own fireplace makes it enjoyable in winter, while summer (December–March) is perfect for outdoor activities. Pets are allowed upon request; parties are not permitted. The property is fully non-smoking indoors.
