Situated amidst an olive plantation, Olivo Santo spans eight hectares of landscaped gardens surrounding a central pond with a gazebo, several outdoor fireplaces, barbecue areas, and an organic orchard open for guests to visit and enjoy.
The estate produces its own extra virgin olive oil, crafted from a blend of Arbequina, Picual, Frantoio and Leccino varieties. Guests are invited to sample this oil during their stay.
